The Management Team of the Air War College Institute of Pakistan was Hosted by IDD

IDD’s Director, Dr. Fariz Ismailzade, extended a warm welcome to the attendees and provided an update on the regional developments in the South Caucasus while giving information about the Azerbaijan’s geostrategic position as a country located at the crossroads of critical transport roots.

Dr. Ismailzade also briefed the guests on the new perspectives for Azerbaijan following the liberation of Karabakh and the country’s intensive preparation for hosting COP29.

The main goal of the delegation’s visit to Azerbaijan was to gain a more comprehensive insight into Azerbaijan’s foreign, domestic, economic, defense, and security policies.
The meeting was followed by a discussion about the relations between two brotherly states that are based on mutual support, trust, and respect.
