Ms. Fatma Isayeva is Corporate Programs Administrator at the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD). Her major roles include designing, developing, and evaluating leadership programs using department-specific standards for design and evaluation, providing support in establishing new contacts with clients from the corporate sector and working closely with them, and managing and executing day-to-day operations for leadership development programs and projects. She holds primary responsibility for the execution of IDD’s the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP) in partnership with Duke Corporate Education as well as many other custom-tailored corporate programs.
