Program with State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance

IDD Executive Education started seminar series for State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance
On April 21, the opening ceremony of a three-week seminar series for employees of the  State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance under the framework of the "Capacity-Building" Program took place at ADA University.

20 people are participating in the Program conducted by the Professional Development Training Programs of the Institute for Development and Diplomacy of ADA University.

In the opening ceremony,  IDD's director, Dr. Fariz Ismailzade, Deputy director, Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, Ms. Nigar Bayramova, Head of TABİB's Executive Board, Mr. Vugar Gurbanov, Head of Human Resource Management and Development Department,  Mr. Mushfig Amirjanov made a speech. 

It was noted during the speech that the cooperation between the Institute for Development and Diplomacy and the Agency is expanding through the program. It was also mentioned that the employees participating in the seminars will share their knowledge and experience with other employees of the Agency, and will benefit their professional development.

The first week of the program will feature workshops on team management and motivation, effective communication, negotiation, leadership skills, and strategic planning.

The second week of the program is dedicated to speech and presentation skills, as well as crisis communication.

During the third week, participants will take part in workshops about changes in the work environment, as well as successful management of business meetings and building professional relationships.

Topics will be taught by ADA University board members and faculty collective, as well as guest speakers from local government agencies, the diplomatic corps and international organizations operating in the country, and large companies in the business sector.
