Call for Applications: 9th ADA-EU Summer Camp

We are pleased to announce the start of registration for the 9th ADA-EU Summer Camp.

The program is open to groups of schoolchildren aged 9 to 15. Kids may spend their summer through both instructive and amusing activities.

Please, review the details before starting the application process:

· July 1-5: Culture and Art (for children aged 9-15)

· July 22-26: Information Technologies (for children aged 12-15).

· July 29–August 2: Environment and "Smart" Administration (for children aged 12-15)

The ADA-EU Summer Camp is co-hosted by ADA University, Temiz Sheher, the Center of Excellence in EU Studies (CEEUS), and the ADA University Foundation. The program's curriculum will be taught by ADA University specialists and professionals from other institutions, as well as representatives of various embassies and business and governmental organizations.

How can kids attend the camp?

Schoolchildren may sign up for either the complete summer program or specific weekly courses. This camp will provide youngsters with a unique chance to develop their own understanding in many areas, broaden knowledge and perspectives, express creativity, and improve analytical skills in communicating and decision-making. Importantly, children will showcase their abilities and form new acquaintances in a welcoming and intellectually stimulating setting.

The course of the camps will be taught in English.

- The package includes educational materials, transportation, trips and excursions, advertising materials, tea breaks, and meals
- Each class will have a limit of 30 participants
- Participants will get certificates at the conclusion of the week

Application Procedures:

- Pre-select the desired week(s). There will be no applications accepted beyond the deadlines.
- Once you have completed the form, our office will contact you to confirm your registration and determine if your kid has been chosen for the program. You will be asked to sign a contract with ADA University for your children's participation in the camp. Before completing the contract, parents need to determine how many weeks children will attend. After signing the contract and starting the camp, applications for any extra weeks will not be considered. Once confirmed, please make the payment and return the receipt to us. We retain the right to check a child's understanding of the English language prior to signing the contract.

Costs:

- Early bid registration and payment: 1 April 1- 1 May

- Weekly program costs: 500 AZN

- Application for more than one week: 450 AZN

Note: If more than one applicant from the same family applies for a period of more than one week, the cost is 400 AZN for each applicant for a week.

- Children of employees of ADA University Foundation partners: 400 AZN
- Children of ADA University Alumni: 400 AZN

No discounts will be given to those who apply and register after the deadline.
Registration will be entirely closed after May 31st at 18:00.
The payment must be paid by the individual after signing the contract. The participant's name must be stated in the contract. The tuition cost is non-refundable for chosen applicants, which means that the absent participant will not get a refund once the camp begins.
