MoU between IDD, Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Azerbaijan, and ICI Bucharest

The Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD), in collaboration with the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Azerbaijan and ICI Bucharest, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

In accordance with the MoU, a Twinning Center for Cyber Diplomacy will be established. As specified in the agreement, the IDD will play an active role in supporting the development of joint scientific publications and organizing a series of training programs focused on cyber diplomacy.

The Special Communication and Information Security State Service will offer administrative and strategic support to the Twinning Center's operations, including the involvement of expert trainers for the training sessions.

Additionally, ICI Bucharest will contribute to the development and implementation of scientific research and educational programs, coordinate joint projects, and facilitate the exchange of expertise in research and teaching related to cyber diplomacy.
