Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of Ecuador “Galo Plaza Lasso” and ADA University.

The Memorandum was signed on behalf of ADA University by H.E. Mr. Rashad Novruz, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Brazil, Ecuador, Guyana, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.

The implementation of MoU will be coordinated by the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD), focusing on exchange of knowledge and publications, as well as joint capacity-building activities and conferences.
