The "Capacity-Building" Program for employees of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance has ended
Three-week seminar series for employees of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance under the framework of the "Capacity-Building" Program conducted by the Professional Development Training Programs of the Institute for Development and Diplomacy of ADA University has come to an end. From the starting date in April 70 employees from the Agency and TABIB participated in the program.
The closing ceremony was attended by IDD's director, Dr. Fariz Ismailzade, Deputy director, Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva, Head of Executive Education Programs at ADA University, Ms. Nargiz Ismayilova, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, Ms. Nigar Bayramova, Head of TABIB's Executive Board, Mr. Vugar Gurbanov.
Within the framework of the program, workshops on team management and motivation, strategic planning, decisive leadership, crisis communication management, as well as project management, negotiation skills, and other topics were conducted at ADA University.
IDD’s director, Dr. Fariz Ismailzade congratulated the employees of both institutions on completing the training course. He highlighted that the increasing competition in the labor market in modern times requires the acquisition of new knowledge and skills: “The environment is changing fast, and innovations are emerging in all fields. All of this requires us to improve our professional skills and learn new information by going out of the office. In a highly competitive society, the personnel should always work on themselves so that they can succeed in the work of the organization and withstand the competition. Training provides useful tools to adapt to constant change. I am grateful that the administrative body of your institutions correctly assessed these trends and involved you in these training sessions”.
Then Zaur Aliyev expressed his gratitude to ADA University for providing the opportunity for the staff of the Agency and TABIB to participate in the seminar series. The work of ADA University is worth mentioning in terms of regular development of human capital and training of highly qualified specialists. Investing in human resource skills leads to the development of human capital and achievements in all areas of the country. We are delighted that the employees of our Agency benefited from this honorable mission of ADA University”.
Nigar Bayramova spoke about the importance of the training program in terms of increasing the knowledge and skills of employees: "These trainings will play an essential role in the development of the professional activity of our employees. The effectiveness of each institution and enterprise is related to the potential of its personnel and their approach to work. The self-development of each employee, regardless of their position and authority, means the development of the institution. Of course, the way to achieve this success depends on the initiative and determination of both parties – the management and the employee. To ensure general progress, the management should create all the necessary conditions for the staff, materially and morally, by using resources effectively, and the employee should also take advantage of this opportunity”.
Vugar Gurbanov also congratulated the participants: "During the program, colleagues emphasized the importance of the training in terms of expanding networking skills, exchanging experience, and acquiring new knowledge. I would like to express our satisfaction to be a part of this cooperation on behalf of TABIB. Currently, enhancing the knowledge and skills of people working in medical institutions subordinated to TABIB is one of the main goals. Over the last few months, it is evident that we made progress on this goal. I am sure that the trained participants will apply the experience and skills gained here in their fields and share them with other colleagues. This will have a positive effect on the further increase of service quality and citizen satisfaction. Also, close relations will play a special role in the development of both medical and non-medical workers working in subordinate medical institutions".
It should be noted that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was between ADA University and the Agency in September last year. Under the deal, the two sides agreed on implementing joint programs in the field of career training, professional development of personnel, and support for student-oriented and other projects.
