Newly recruited diplomats visited Aghdam within the framework of the Advanced Foreign Service Program
The Institute for Development and Diplomacy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs co-organized a visit to Aghdam for newly recruited diplomats within the framework of the Advanced Foreign Service Program (AFSP). 37 diplomats visited must-seen spots in Aghdam, including the Shahbulag Castle, Juma Mosque, Aghdam State Drama Theater, Alley of Martyrs, Panahali Khan's Palace and newly-built Agdam Conference Center and became familiar with the city's future development plan.
Senior Advisor of the Special Representation of the President of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh Economic Region exhibited images of the situation in our liberated territories prior to and after the occupation, and AFSP participants witnessed the devastating effects of the occupation and destroyed settlements, as well as the ongoing reconstruction and rebuilding process in the liberated lands.
It should be noted that AFSP training series have been offered through IDD's Executive Education to newly recruited diplomats over the past six months.
