Participants of "Summer Camp" organized by ADA University and Institute for Development and Diplomacy in “Azercell”

The participants of the "Summer Camp" program organized by ADA University students from various secondary schools in the country visited “Azercell Telecom” LLC in the week dedicated to "Information Technologies”.
The Executive Education Program of the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) of ADA University organized a visit to the Data Center of "Azercell" for the summer school participants. During the visit, participants got more in-depth information about the basics of network technologies, the construction, operation, and control of the mobile network. Company experts demonstrated live coverage of the LTE network indicators across the country map to the children.
In the following presentation by the "Big Data and Analysis" department, young visitors received detailed information about the collection, storage, and processing of data in the field of ICT, global trends in "Big Data" and new digital products that will be introduced in the market soon and addressed their questions to the company's experts.
The schoolchildren went to the first "Azercell" Service and Sales Center located in Fountain Square, Baku as the next step of acquittance with a company where they witnessed how employees render one of the most exemplary customer services fields in the country.
The participants of the summer camp observed “Azercell” employees serving the subscribers and were informed by the company's sales and service experts about the customer service culture of “Azercell”, the basics of customer satisfaction, and the process of solving customer inquiries by the front desk team.
It should be noted that for many years "Azercell" company has been cooperating with ADA University in various fields. The company acted as a partner in start-up competitions organized by ADA, participated in career fairs, and granted scholarships to high-performing students to support their personal and professional development.
