IDD in LEADHEGA Project Kick-Off Meeting in Batumi
Nargiz Ismayilova, Head of Partnership at the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD), ADA University, participated in the kick-off meeting of the LEADHEGA Project held on 18–19 November 2025 at Batumi State Maritime Academy, Georgia. The event brought together consortium and associate partners to officially launch the initiative aimed at strengthening leadership and institutional capacity across higher education systems in the region.
The meeting focused on defining the project’s core objectives, reviewing the implementation roadmap, clarifying partner responsibilities, and establishing effective coordination and communication mechanisms to ensure successful project delivery.
During the event, Nargiz Ismayilova delivered a presentation on the performance and strategic development of ADA University and the Institute for Development and Diplomacy. She highlighted key achievements and institutional practices relevant to leadership development and organizational excellence.
In addition, she presented Work Package 3 of the project, Pilot the New Leadership Development Programme, outlining its structure, key implementation phases, and expectations for active collaboration among partner institutions.
This kick-off meeting marked an important step toward advancing the shared goals of the LEADHEGA Project.
