IDD at the Research Seminar, held in Valletta, Malta
Ms. Nargiz Ismayilova, Head of Partnerships at the Institute for Development and Diplomacy, participated in the preliminary E+CBHE LEADHEGA Preparatory Meeting and the E+CBHE LEADALKO Research Seminar, held in Valletta, Malta, from September 3–6, 2025, and kindly hosted by Pegaso University.
This gathering marked the first in-person meeting of all project partners, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen collaboration and establish a shared vision for the project. Discussions focused on developing a comprehensive two-year action plan, which included outlining key activities, setting clear timeframes, defining responsibilities and budget allocations, and identifying the professional profiles required for each role.
In addition to the working sessions, participants also engaged in a seminar on leadership development for teaching staff, which offered valuable insights and contributed significantly to the overall success of the program.
