The Chairman of the Agency's Management Board, Zaur Aliyev, congratulated the institution's employees on completing the training course and thanked ADA University for providing the opportunity to participate in the training: "The successful operation of every institution and enterprise is dependent on the potential of its employees and its approach to work. Self-development of each employee, irrespective of their position and authority, contributes to the growth of the enterprise. The path to success depends on the initiative and determination of both parties - management and the employee. I am sure that the training will give us the information and experience we need to run our projects professionally within the framework of mandatory health insurance.”
The Director of the Medical Territorial Units Management Union, Vugar Gurbanov, congratulated the employees who completed the training course and spoke about the significance of the course: "Today, the Union's relations with international organizations and foreign nations are rapidly expanding. Simultaneously, persistent efforts are being made to organize local and international events and to carry out projects. I believe that all of our coworkers who participated in the training organized under the "Capacity-Building Program” enhanced their professional skills and gained new knowledge and that this knowledge will contribute to their service activities in the aforementioned areas. Our institution places a high value on the participation of Union employees in this training conducted in collaboration with the Agency and ADA.
