The "Caspian Basin Research Program" organized by the Institute for Development and Diplomacy has ended
The Caspian Basin Research Program, organized by the ADA University's Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD), has come to an end.
Fariz Ismayilzade, Vice-Rector at ADA University, Director of the Institute for Development and Diplomacy, and Nargiz Ismayilova, Head of Executive Education of Institute for Development and Diplomacy, greeted the participants at the opening ceremony of the program, which began on May 24.
The program was attended by a total of 10 representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in our country, including secretaries, advisers, and attaches. These countries include Iraq, Algeria, Egypt, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Montenegro, Tajikistan, Sudan, and Russia.
During the program, participants learned about the diverse and rich history and culture of Azerbaijan and the development of liberated Karabakh.
Elchin Amirbayov, Assistant to the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan, Fariz Ismayilzade, Vice-Rector at ADA University, Fuad Huseynov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, Rashad Novruz, Ambassador-at-Large, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Azerbaijan, Sengstschmid Florian, CEO of the Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB), and Shamsiyya Mustafayeva, Partnerships and Development Finance, Resident Coordinator's Office, UN Azerbaijan, delivered lectures on national affiliation, intercultural communication, restoration and reconstruction in the liberated territories, as well as the resettlement of IDPs in those territories.
The 4-day program continued with lectures by ADA University's faculty, program directors of the Institute for Development and Diplomacy, as well as trainers on protocol rules.
At the end, participants who completed the program were awarded certificates.
