8th ADA EU Summer School Program continues with the lecture delivered by Samuel Doveri Vesterbye, Managing Director of the European Neighbourhood Council, a leading Brussels-based think tank that conducts research and implements projects with the aim of strengthening a common European Neighbourhood Policy, Enlargement Policy and the promotion of a Global Strategy for the European Union’s (EU) Foreign and Security Policy.

During his lecture on "EU Foreign Policy between values and interests", Mr. Vesterbye explored the EU's normative and realist powers. He provided a comprehensive analysis of the complex relations between the EU and its Member States, while also examining the EU's response to major security threats.
