Institute for Development and Diplomacy organised a business etiquette training course for employees of PASHA Insurance. Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva, the Institute for Development and Diplomacy's Deputy Director, led the training. Mr. Orkhan Alakbarov, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Baku, shared his professional insight as a guest speaker at the training. Drawing on their expertise as seasoned experts, the speakers guided the attendees through essential business etiquette tools that can help them improve their client relationships. Over the course, Ms. Hajiyeva explained the fundamentals of business etiquette and protocol, the manner of engagement on digital platforms, and accepted behaviours in networking and communicating with representatives of different cultures.
