A new training program, "Leadership Mastery: Empowering Mid-Level Managers" by IDD for SOCAR employees
A new training program, titled "Leadership Mastery: Empowering Mid-Level Managers," was initiated by IDD for SOCAR employees.
The program was specifically designed to align with SOCAR's transformational corporate strategy, to execute functional excellence initiatives across various domains, including human resources.
During the program, the participants will enhance their proficiency in the subsequent domains:

✔️Nurturing a growth mindset and continuous development
✔️Cultivating ownership and accountability
✔️Building a collaborative culture, etc.
Ms. Nargiz Ismayilova, head of IDD's Executive Education, extended a warm greeting to the participants and provided them with an overview of the training program's content.
Dr. Fariz Ismailzade, the director of IDD, addressed the attendees as he concluded his introductory statement: "Learning is a continuous process; however, ADA University provides an entirely different learning environment."
